1. Clean the groove to remove fresh surface, which can be cleaned with a small saw blade or other tools.
2. Mix black and white repair agents in a 1:1 ratio.
3. Apply the prepared repair agent to the groove and apply it slightly higher.
4. Quickly fit the filter cloth of the filter press, squeeze the filter plates together, make the repair agent and filter cloth stick together, and flatten the grooves.

5. After squeezing for a period of time, the adhesive naturally forms and no longer changes, and can now be used normally.

4. When the sludge is too thick or dry blocks are left behind, it will cause blockage of the feeding port. At this time, there is no medium between the filter plates of the filter press, only the pressure of the hydraulic system itself is left. At this time, the plate itself is easily damaged due to long-term compression.
Corresponding solution:
1. Use a nylon cleaning scraper to remove mud from the feed port.
2. Complete this cycle and reduce the volume of the filter plate in the filter press.
3. Check the filter cloth of the filter press, clean the drainage outlet, check the outlet, open the corresponding valve, and release the pressure.
4. Carefully clean the filter plate and repair the filter plate of the filter press.
