1. Firstly, before installation, the foundation of the diaphragm filter press should be leveled, and the horizontal error of each installation reference plane should not exceed 2mm.

2. Install the oil cylinder support and level it with a cushion plate. The upper planes of the two supports should be on the same horizontal plane. The bolts between the oil cylinder and the support should not be tightened. Then, install the oil cylinder on the oil cylinder support and tighten the anchor bolts.

3. Install the tailboard. Hang the tail plate (using a steel wire rope to hang the center hole of the tail plate) to connect the tail plate with the main beam.

4. Install the main beam pillars. Assemble a main beam and oil cylinder, and fix the main beam with the middle pillar using the main beam clamp plate.

5. After installation, level the tail plate, install another main beam and fix it with a clamp plate. The positioning clamps between the two main beams and the tail plate should be installed in place without leaving any gaps.

6. Align the diaphragm. Measure the level of the two main beams with a spirit level. The height difference between any two points on the two main beams should be less than 3mm. The height of the main beams should be adjusted by the main beam pillars, and the diagonal error of the frame should be less than 6mm. This can be achieved by adjusting the left and right positions of the tail plates.

7. Install the headboard. Hang the head plate onto the two main beam tracks, check the coaxiality between the spherical end cover and the piston rod, with a tolerance of 2mm. The coaxiality requirement can be achieved by moving the spherical end cover up and down, left and right. Install a pressure plate to connect the head plate to the piston rod.

8. Install the track box bracket and the upper and lower track boxes.

9. Install the transmission part. Including sprockets, chains, oil motors, hook boxes, etc. When connecting the chain and the hook box, the two hook boxes should be placed tightly against the positioning plate at the end of the track box, and the synchronization accuracy of the two hook boxes should be ensured to be less than 4mm.

10. Lift the filter plate onto the main beam track and position the handle on the same side.

11. Install the filter cloth and install the filter cloth pressure ring (no pressure ring is needed when sewing the filter cloth).

12. Adjust the height of the track box to the distance between the bottom of the filter plate handle and the bottom of the upper track box, in order to achieve stable and reliable pulling operation.
